JADE® 2.0
Portable clinical-grade purification
Air quality in a funeral home is three separate problems in three separate rooms: chemical exposure where staff spend their shifts, fine particulate around the crematory, and odor that cannot be allowed to reach a family. Surgically Clean Air runs HEPA-Rx, activated carbon, and enclosed UV-C in each of them.
One brand, every form factor — portable, wall-mounted, ceiling-integrated, and industrial. Matched to the space you need to cover.

The prep room is the highest-exposure space in the building and the one your staff occupy for full shifts. Continuous filtration works alongside the room's dedicated exhaust, not in place of it.
Activated carbon adsorbs the gas-phase compounds behind odor rather than masking them with fragrance, which matters most in chapels, viewing rooms, and arrangement offices.
Fine particulate and handling dust circulate through the crematory operating area. HEPA-Rx captures the respirable fraction in the room where operators work.
One system rarely covers the whole building. Preparation rooms and crematory operating areas need continuous HEPA-Rx and carbon filtration for the staff working in them, while chapels and viewing rooms are primarily an odor and comfort problem. Wall-mounted ONYX and ceiling COBALT units keep floor space clear in public areas.
No. Stack emissions are handled by the retort's own afterburner and emissions equipment, and preparation rooms require dedicated exhaust ventilation. Room air purification is for the air your staff and families breathe inside the building, and it works alongside those systems.
Odor is gas-phase, so it needs activated carbon adsorption alongside particle filtration. A 5-stage system removes the compounds themselves rather than covering them, which is why fragrance and ozone generators are the wrong tool in an occupied building.
Our air quality specialists can assess your space and recommend the optimal configuration and number of units for your needs.
