1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Surgically Clean Air Inc. website ("Site"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this Site.
2. Products and Services
Surgically Clean Air Inc. manufactures and sells medical-grade air purification systems, replacement filters, UV-C bulbs, and accessories. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on the Site are in US dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider at the time of purchase. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs and delivery estimates are provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs processing.
5. Returns and Refunds
Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging. A return merchandise authorization (RMA) number must be obtained before returning any product. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Filters and UV bulbs that have been opened or used are not eligible for return.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, product images, and software — is the property of Surgically Clean Air Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. JADE, ONYX SCA, QUARTZAIR, COBALT, and Surgically Clean Air are registered trademarks.
7. Limitation of Liability
Surgically Clean Air Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage
Surgically Clean Air Inc. warrants that its air purification products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the following periods from the date of original purchase:
- Motor: 5-year limited warranty
- Parts and components: 2-year limited warranty
- UV-C bulbs: 1-year limited warranty
- Filters: Not covered under warranty (consumable items)
What Is Covered
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that occur during normal residential or commercial use. If a covered defect is found, Surgically Clean Air Inc. will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective part or unit at no charge for parts. Shipping costs for warranty service may apply.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized modification; normal wear and tear including filters, pre-filters, and UV bulbs; damage caused by power surges, improper voltage, or environmental conditions; cosmetic damage including scratches and dents; or use in conditions outside the product's specified operating parameters.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, contact our support team at customercare@surgicallycleanair.com or 1-877-440-7770 with your proof of purchase, product serial number, and a description of the defect. Our team will provide instructions for warranty service.
Warranty Registration
While warranty registration is not required for coverage, registering your unit at My Account helps us provide faster support and proactive filter replacement reminders.

By providing your email address or phone number and opting in to receive communications, you consent to receive marketing messages from Surgically Clean Air Inc.. Your consent is not a condition of purchase.
What You'll Receive
Transactional Messages
Order confirmations, shipping notifications, and delivery updates. These are sent regardless of marketing preferences as they relate to your purchases.
Service Messages
Filter replacement reminders, product safety notices, and warranty-related communications for registered units.
Marketing Messages
Promotional offers, new product announcements, educational content about air quality, and special events. You may opt out of these at any time.
Message Frequency
Marketing emails are sent no more than twice per month. SMS marketing messages are sent no more than 4 times per month. Filter replacement reminders are sent based on your registered unit's maintenance schedule. Message and data rates may apply for SMS.
Opting Out
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email. To stop SMS messages, reply STOP to any text message. You may also contact us directly to manage your preferences. Transactional messages related to active orders cannot be opted out of.
