ATOMIKAIR® is the industrial unit in the Surgically Clean Air lineup — engineered for facilities managers, plant operators, and EHS teams responsible for indoor air quality at scale. What does ATOMIKAIR® clean?
ATOMIKAIR® is engineered for the heavy particulate loads that overwhelm office-grade purifiers: respirable silica, welding fumes, metallic particles, dust from concrete cutting and grinding, woodworking byproducts, paint-line overspray, and the airborne contaminants common in food, manufacturing, and warehousing environments. Washable MERV 13 filtration handles continuous industrial use.
Is ATOMIKAIR® OSHA compliant for silica dust?
Yes. ATOMIKAIR® is engineered to support compliance with OSHA's respirable crystalline silica standard (29 CFR 1926.1153). MERV 13 filters are designed to capture the respirable particulate fraction, and we provide documentation that fits into your air-quality control records and audit responses.
What voltages are available?
ATOMIKAIR® is available in 240V, 480V, or 600V configurations to match facility electrical infrastructure. Voltage is specified at the time of quote based on your existing service. A licensed electrician is required for the line-side connection during installation.
How much area does one unit cover?
A single ATOMIKAIR® can cover up to roughly 40,000 sq ft depending on ceiling height, contaminant load, and placement. For high-bay facilities or operations with concentrated particulate sources (e.g. active welding bays, paint lines), our industrial team will spec multiple units strategically positioned to capture aerosols at the source.
How is ATOMIKAIR® maintained?
Filters are washable and reusable — you don't pay for disposable replacements every six months. The semi-permanent pre-filter, MERV 13 filter, mist collector, and activated carbon stages are all designed for cleaning and reinstallation. Filter access panels are securable to keep maintenance schedules under facilities-management control.
Can ATOMIKAIR® move between buildings or bays?
Yes — units are designed for mobility within and between facilities. This is a deliberate design choice for operations that need to redeploy purification capacity as production lines, layouts, or audit zones change.
Does ATOMIKAIR® support audited environments (USDA, AIB, GMP)?
Yes. ATOMIKAIR® is widely deployed in food and meat processing, bakeries, and other QA-audited facilities (AIB, USDA, CFIA, GMP). Documentation packs are available for inspection and audit responses — talk to our industrial team about what your auditor requires.
