When you purchase products from us, you agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information. We reserve the right to refuse any order.
Surgically Clean Air units are engineered to operate with official replacement filters only. Use of third-party or imitation filters may damage the unit and will void your Warranty. Recurring subscription charges continue until canceled.
Shipping Damage: You must report any shipping damage within 10 calendar days of receipt. Claims made after this window may be denied.
Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. For items over a certain value, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Returns: Returns are subject to our Warranty policy. If a returned unit is found to be damaged due to user error or misuse, repair costs are the responsibility of the customer.

While our products utilize clinical-grade filtration standards (such as H13 HEPA-Rx) and are widely used in healthcare settings, Surgically Clean Air Inc. is not a licensed healthcare provider. We make no representations that our products will cure any illness or disease. References to filtration standards describe technical equipment specifications and efficiency ratings, not guaranteed medical outcomes.
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any accounts, computer systems, or networks.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Surgically Clean Air Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or Products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Surgically Clean Air Inc. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
