We love our Jade units!

It’s been a little over a week since we’ve installed the Onyx units at our child care facility and I would like to connect with you to provide some feedback.

First, aesthetically the units look extremely good and blend in perfectly with our walls. They also give the intended impression and the true indication of the level of sophistication, functionality and value they provide. We are extremely happy with the mounting option that keeps the units out of children’s reach. Second, and since it’s been only a week, I’ve noticed that odors have been substantially reduced, and the hope now is to see a dramatic reduction in airborne diseases transmission. I am confident that the air purification that these units are providing will be a great help in that regards. Finally, I want to commend you and your team for your customer service and support. It’s been a real pleasure working with you in particular facilitating and recommending a solution for our facility – many thanks! Additionally, your customer care team have been responsive and attentive to our concerns regarding two units that seem to have been mishandled during shipping. All in all, we are extremely satisfied with this order and looking forward to continuing this relationship in order keep provides necessary supplies for these units, and potentially supply additional units for a second location we are planning to have operational in the next few months.

We love the machines. You can’t smell any of the odors anymore, and the air feels fresh and clean. The staff and the parents have both noticed the difference.

We hold the health and safety of our staff and children as a top priority during this challenging time, and we invested in 7 of the JADE Surgically Clean Air Purifiers for our child care centre. We felt it vital to do all we could to provide the cleanest air possible. We appreciated that the units are very portable, easy to install and use, and they are quiet and not intrusive. We would recommend these to anyone who wants to provide that additional level of comfort and safety; I believe it inspired more confidence in families when sending their children to our program and for staff to feel their working environment was that much safer. We feel it was well worth the investment.
